Fresno Preschool Plan Announced

Fresno releases preschool master plan. On Nov. 20, Fresno County Superintendent of Schools Larry Powell joined community members in presenting Fresno County’s Voluntary Preschool Master Plan at a press conference at Jefferson Preschool in Clovis. The countywide planning was done with assistance from consultant Karen Hill Scott and involved more than 100 community leaders. The planning process is an effort to improve the quality of preschool programs and increase voluntary access to all 4 year olds in Fresno County.
