Save the Date: League of Women Voters discussion on closing the achievement gap
On April 29, the San Diego League of Women Voters will host an interactive lunch discussion on ways to help narrow the achievement gap. Topics include dual language acquisition, transitional kindergarten, the importance of high-quality early education and information on the Preschool for All demonstration project. The event is cosponsored by First 5 San Diego, the San Diego County Office of Education, Preschool California and the San Diego Regional Economic Council. Register for this event.
