Arnold Schwarzenegger's signing of two key preschool reform bills - SB 1629 (Steinberg) and AB 2759 (Jones) - at an event on September 26, 2008 at Hope Street Family Center, which receives funding from Los Angeles Universal Preschool and the California Department of Education.
